Adding a Calculated Item causes unnecessary blanks in Pivot Table

I've been following Chandoo guidance when adding a Calculated Item to Pivot Table Reports, but my Pivot Table now created unnecessary blanks for each Field chosen as a Row Label.


Would you kindly help me remove them. I uploaded a file in the following link:

Select the Drop Down on the 5 Digit NAC

Value Filter,

Sum of Amount is Greater Than 0

Apply
