Adding 2 more conditions to formulas and CF

Included example where I want to add 2 extra conditions.
I've tryed a few things but I am getting nowhere.
Who can put me in the right direction.

Hi,

In the "Sheet Boekingen", you have a space behind cell R5(Onderhoud )

Remove the space your formula will work fine.

p.s. advising to use Validation dropdown list in Column R in avoid of error, example please refer to post #.2 file.

Hi Belleke,

I drafted a solution that appears to be quite similar to Bosco's (well I mutliplied by 1000 rather than 0.5, but otherwise it is very close), except that I made a table in your "Reservaties" sheet, because it makes the formula more readable, and it is more flexible, as the table automatically expands when you add rows (or columns), while you have to change your formula each time your data size changes.

@ droopy, thank you for your reply, that is certainly something to look into.
(will need some VBA adjustments I guess)but is certainly a plus to build on.
