I have a Pivot chart that shows 20 weeks workload on a stacked column chart. You can select the individual trade set to see their workload only, combinations of certain trade sets or the whole campanies workload.
The number of tradespeople vary per select trade. At present when i select a certain trade set workload I then manually draw a line at the level of resources we have of that particluar trade to see which weeks we are short staffed and need to get in temprary staff or spread the workload.
What I would like to do is to have this resource level line automated from a set of trade numbers supplied so that when a single trade workload is selected and line is automatically drawn on the pivot table chart to show where the resource capacity levels sits.
Can anyone help with this?
