ThrottleWorks Excel Ninja Nov 13, 2013 #3 Hi Krispar, could you also try "conditional Formatting". Will that work for you ? Please check this link, http://www.contextures.com/xlCondFormat02.html I wanted to prepare a sample file for you, that would have been more easier but for some reasons CF is not working on my PC. P.S. - If VBA is an option for you, please check uploaded file. Would request you to check the results on dummy data first. P.S. 2 - Please check the revised file, you will need to enter the field name in an "Input Box" , also there is a correction in the code. After doing this, I realized, conditional Formatting is the best way to go for this. Attachments ColorRow.xls 36 KB · Views: 0 ColorRow.xls 36 KB · Views: 1
