Hello All...

I haven't posted much, but I started down this Excel / Dashboard path in late May...

I am an infrastructure guy at heart, and knew excel up to vlookups, and pivot table basics... Excel is an amazing product and I still have so much to learn... but with some training from Chandoo, lots of reading here, and peeking under the hood of the many submitted dashboard for the various contests have me to a point that my Dashboard is the main reporting tool for a large pharma and I've been asked to add another 200 queues and make it the global tool... There are 5 different sheets with various KPI's, but here is my main sheet... and a very humble thank you to all here... and CHANDOO - You rock... Keep it up...

I am also a big fan of dashboard king "chandoo"..

However, irrespective of knowing, your KPI's preference.. I would like to suggest, Alignment and color contrast play a vital role in Dashboard..
