3D formula to filter text

Hi, all. Good day and nice mood!
Can't figure it out: how to filter on dashboard sheet text (!not numbers!) by dates from multiple different sheets.
Can UNIQUE function help here (does it manage 3D operations)?
The sheet is not attached. Appreciate any idea or advice.
