    Symbolic algebra in Excel ?

    Microsoft Mathematics is freeware since one month. http://on-msn.com/dG2mbf I wonder if this tool and its add-In for Word could be used to make symbolic algebra possible in Excel as in Mathcad.

    Is it possible to make a spreadsheet look more like an standalone application ? So loose all the file menus, toolbars, cell headings etc everything but the user form. As if it weren't made with excel, preventing warnings, customizing right-click context menu... thanks

    Nice chart! I looked at the site frow which I posted sankey diagrams above, sankey-diagrams.com and there is a page with a list of software for making Sankey charts http://www.sankey-diagrams.com/sankey-diagram-software/ There are two free, one for excel and another for matlab.
