@pallu, 1. Where is Pl in your sheet, you have SL, EL, CL, LOP not PL! 2. Why SL is negative? If there are no SL then it should be zero (Cell M3)

Hi pallu, Do you want data validation in Col J and L of first sheet. I mean you want a fix so that no one can enter more then 3 in Col J and more then 2 in Col L? Do you wan similar validation for CL/PL so that if a cell contains value for SL one can not enter a value in corresponding CL/PL.
