Hi, Is there any alternative for the default Pivot table Field List. My data is huge & it becomes very difficult to drag & drop filed in Values. Any suggestions & thoughts please. Any free Addins or VBA code to change the default Filed structure would be very helpful.

There are many way, you can use the CF & change the colour to the cell colour when an error appears or use the Iserror formula.

I don't have a straight forward answer, but I have a workaround. Replace the \ with the . Now sought the value & again you can replace . with \

Select your data, Data Tab>Text to columns. Delimited>Next. Check the Other: Box & keyin *. In this way all the numbers will appear in a separate cell & the formulas in another.

=SUM('1:5'!B3), this is called the 3D Sum, You just need to type the first sheet name & then select the cell in the last sheet, this will return the sum of all the number in inbetween tab.

First remove duplicates from column A. & paste the same in column C In column D Use the index formula & in later cells concatenate. Attached the file with the formula.
