    Hi SirJB7, I do have SP3 installed and my Excel 2010 is running in 32 bit mode and I downloaded the x86 versions of PowerPivot and Visual Studio Tools. I'm still getting the setup message about the pre-requisites. Are there any settings that must be made manually? Thanks.
