Hi Narayan,

I know you probably get this all the time but I am hoping you can help me with my query/task which @Ashessh has really helped me out on to date. The link to my thread and latest data file below. The issue I have is using array formulas that are causing latency within my file.

Good morning,
Thank you so much for your help.
I already have that formula working at the moment. The problem I have that the reference tables are so very large that the file is huge.
If I could mail you the file directly you will see what I'm trying to do.

Hello sir,

I have a question about inserting arrows/shapes in Word 2013. I just cannot get the arrow to point straight up and down. Instead it is always at an angle. The bottom of the arrow points down and to the left (7:00 position) or down and to the right (5:00 position) but it jumps over the 6:00 position.

Do you have any idea how to correct this?
