Repeative Tasks in Gantt Chart for Each Activites

Hi,

I need an help on creating formula in Gantt chart with repeative task.

This is a leave plan which i am creating for all employees in my division.In each sheet they will update their leave dates.
I want to summarize the same with for all emloyees in a gantt chart to see in Gantt chart format to see any clash in the leaves.

Attached herewith excelsheet for your kind reference.

Please help.

Could You use Chart as this way?
.. then no need so many formulas and so on.
I did only some formulas (( C13..L13))
... so You gotta do the rest for vacations 6..7
