Auto Populate the Nth Large Value

Dear Expert,

I need to find the Top nth value from a set of data by combining with 2 criteria.

Please find attached sheet with example.

Hi,

Pls check attached file if it is ok for you..
I have added extra column "A" in your master sheet to convert your details in to a unique count and used "Vlookup formula" only
Also note that i have deleted most of of data from your master sheet as the file is too large and it is not allowed to upload

Dear Expert, I was thinking instead of selecting from Drop down is it possible to do with Slicer and you have made it. I'm feeling happy with your results and at the same time i want to learn VBA Macros. But i'm not even good with formulas
