Hello Excel Ninjas,

Can anybody help me on this issue? I would like to set conditional formatting so that if the entries on column C have notes on column K then I would like them to be filled with red color. Please see file.

Hi,

Check out your workbook. I simply selected D2 then dragged to select all the cells then

Home tab | conditional formatting | new rule | use a formula to decide which cells to format and applied this formula.

=K2<>""
