="1-Jan-2014"+MATCH($A$3,WEEKNUM(ROW(INDIRECT("1-Jan-2014"*1&":"&"31-Dec-2014"*1))),0)+ROW(A1)-1

Did you tried the formula with Ctrl + Shift + Enter, Not Just Enter
