Why isn't my SUMIFS formula working?

I can't upload the workbook because it contains confidential data, but here is my formula:

=SUMIFS('Raw Data Labor - (Current)'!$K:$K,'Raw Data Labor - (Current)'!$B:$B,B2,'Raw Data Labor - (Current)'!$U:$U,N2,'Raw Data Labor - (Current)'!$W:$W,"Common")

Column K is a column of hours. Column B is a list of names. Column U is a list of numbers as text, with only two possible choices. They are 0003 and 0004.

Column W is a list of text values.

I think the problem might be with column U and the numbers as text. Column U has formulas that return either 0003 or 0004, which is extracted from a text string.

Hi ,

It works for me ; can you check what are the values in B2 and N2 on the sheet where this formula is entered ?

And is using N2 correct ? Or should it be U2 ?
