VBA to Clear and add new row

Hello All

Back so soon.

I am looking for help to code a Command button to clear some of the entries within the form and allow the user to reenter the data which will add to new row within the work sheet. I already have code which clears the form ready for a new entry but this command only needs to clear a portion of the data entered. I suspect I need to clear the data and add some sort of loop.

If anyone understands me please help.

Can you upload a blank template of the the form with the rows that you want to get get deleted?
