Tally narration to come in a row that is corresponding to the date

Dear Experts,

I have a data exported from tally accounting software to excel. When exported, narration came below the entry. Is it possible to get the narration in a cell that is corresponding to the date cell.

Please see the file attached.

I have 1000 line items like this in my actual file.

Kindly help.

=IF(B5="","",IFERROR(INDEX(C6:C$1800,MATCH(1,INDEX(0+(B6:B$1800<>""),0),0)-1),LOOKUP("zzz",C:C)))

Will this work :

=IF(B5 <> "", INDEX(C5:$C$22, MATCH("Being*", C5:$C$22, 0)), "")

Enter this in D5 , and copy down.
