Return numbers from multiple values

I need to have excel return a number for the following

C7 = "Daily Light My2014" and C11 = "Driveline" return number 2

C7 = "Daily Light My2014" and C11 = "Extra Driveline" return number 3

C7 = "Daily Medium" and C11 = "Driveline" return number 4

There will be 18 combinations . Bot sure if to use a nested if or if there is another option. I need the answer in Cell B14

Can you please share an example excel file...with all the possible 18 combinations..and result for each combination..This would really help members here to help you better..

It will ease to users to create lookup table directly, rather than make self assumptions.

Here's just another option using SUMIFS. Formula in Yellow cell.

Can you check you formula for all possible combinations?

:( didn't checked all possible combinations, yours going fine, and mine giving wrong results with the following:

Medium Heavy
Stralis Tractor
Super Cargo
Stralis 2013 Rigid
