Repeat table headers on SPECIFIC pages in worksheet?

I want to print a lengthy worksheet which contains several tables. Does anyone know how I can get table headers to repeat on the appropriate pages? I do not want the table header on each page, just the ones where the table rows flow onto additional pages.

And if table rows don't flow onto additional pages then no table header is printed, is it? So isn't it the normal behavior of either using page headers or not using them?
If not then consider uploading (a) sample file(s) (including manual examples of desired output if applicable), it'd be very useful for those who read this and might be able to help you, relieving the contributor of having to build a test file, if necessary. Thank you.
