Repairs & Structure of workbook gets changes

Hi,

Pls find above link for the vba code that I am using.It works fine while using but the problem arises when I save and reopen the workbook.When I reopen the workbook it starts recovering and repairing the excel file and after that it whole structure of workbook gets changes.The error while looking in xml which is also enclosed in attachment could not able to understand.Kindly help me solving the issue.

Also,original workbook might be send if an email id is sent since it is private and confidential.

Most of the i face this issue at work.
Simple i copy sheets and move to new workbook! which helps.

But repairing & rebuilding of workbook is there whenever the data is added.I want to stop this repairing of this workbook & thus want to prevent from structure change.

How can I resolve this,I cannot copy the sheet every now & then.

Hi !

This can often happen with Excel 'cause it needs to load everything
in memory so a crash can occurs and workbook is damaged !

With big data, close any application
before to run Excel and open a workbook.

If it happens again, think about 64 bits Excel version,
can manage more memory but Microsoft do not recommend it
'cause some VBA code using Windows controls may never work anymore
(those controls will never be updated to 64 bits).

As Excel is just a calculator and not a database management software,
the better way for big data is to use Access for example.
This kind of software do not need to load everything in memory
so it is far safer than using Excel …

From a damaged workbook, you need to copy only one sheet to a new
workbook and save it to check if there is no more issue at opening …

For a damaged worksheet, do not copy it to a new workbook
but just create a new worksheet in a new workbook
and copy / paste only data.

As here it seems you have two damaged worksheets …

Still I am struggling.

Still automatic repair does not solve my problem and I have to abandon that code and doing manually even though it is very much time taking in typing same things again and again.

Hope someone in future will help me get out of that issue.
