Pivot Table - Column Filters on Blanks Works Until Data is Refreshed

Hello,
I have a pivot table that tracks ship dates. I do not want rows to appear on the pivot table unless there is a ship date. So, I set the column to exclude blanks. This works until I refresh the data. If a new order has shipped, it defaults to being unselected in the filter list (see image). Is there a better way to do this?

Use a proper date filter. E.g. greater then 1/1/2000.
Or maybe there is a not blank possible too. Do not know that by heart.

What worked is using: Greater than 01/01/2000. Geez, I should have thought of that.
