Past formula without workbook? Also find short cut changes?

I try to copy a shed another work book to another and it keeps referencing the other workbook in the code. I tried most of the past special that seem to be that should work but it still did not work.


Also when I press the short cut key to find (command F as apple has it) it use to give me the find option, but now it changed and it gives me the goto option?

Nope did not resolve
As expected excel is not under friendly and glitchy.

Most programs I do not need a manual despite they have 300+ pages of fluff.
Anyway the replace command did the trick (despite down graded from previous versions). The thing is the find short cut key magically got replaced.
