Ideas for Working Capital and Stock Obsolescence Analysis/Dashboard in Excel

I am wondering if anyone has previously done any analysis in Excel such as dashboards/charts etc to help management monitor and improve working capital or to reduce stock obsolescence? Perhaps analysis such as correlating product sales trends with trends in stock obsolescence? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should first Google for the ready made template of this kind and then revert with changes you want in that, or bring up some thing that can be worked over.
