How to click on all task and wait for 30 seconds

Hi Team

There is a website "www.socialtrade.biz" where we get few links to be clicked and then wait... for 30 seconds.. it automatically closes the window.

I am preparing the macro to automate this.

When i am clicking the "Task" button, it is opening the window but not closing the window itself...

Please help me in achieving this task.
