formula to autodelete values(including row)

what is the formula to autodelete values(including row) in excel that responds to given argument? for example, if I want to delete/remove A5(Values and Rows) in which A5 responds to the given argument in cell A4 whenever "Delete" value is given in cell A4(with formula). The end result cell A4 will trigger A5(rows) to be removed.
 
Hi ,

Formulae cannot delete rows in Excel ; if you really want that rows should be deleted , then VBA is the only possibility.

If you merely wish to display or not display data , then formulae can do it.

Thanks for your reply, anyway is there any formula to move the adjacent values/formula from below upward? Instead of deleting row, the emptied row will be filled with value from adjacent row below, it automatically move the adjacent data to emptied row upward.

Sorry I'm still having difficulty studying VBA script but I really appreciate If someone can show me excel formula.
