Excel formula to calculate distance between two PINCODE

I have a database with address details. Address details are not clear but PIN code is there. I wanted to select the location which is near my PINCode for customer visit. I wanted to know is there any excel formula that calculate distance between my PIN code and PIN code of customer visit. I will select the lesser distance PIN code for customer visit.

Hi Kumar. I'm not familiar with the use of "PIN" in terms of distance. Is that some sort of lattitude/longitude system? A bit ago, Ashish developed several wonderful macros for calculating distance. I'd suggest starting there:

Thanks but I require simple formula PIN code are area codes. I am working on Indian cities

You could not do such a thing with formulas only, as XL does not natively know where those coordinates are at. Need the VB to connect to Google maps to get distance.
