excel format convert to PDF thru macro

I have some data in excel sheet, actually I need the raw data convert to some format and then convert to a PDF .

is this possible thru macro .

Are Total Counter Types always those five?
Format.xlsx -file has to different layouts, which one need or both?
Where do You want to save those PDFs?

thanks for your reply vletm,

in excel file one sheet is base raw data of many accounts which needs to be convert other sheet with mentioned format and sheet name account name with Device number than this excel format convert in to PDF and save on desktop.


PDF file can create a folder on the users desktop and save the file with a file name based on sheet name

How about those 1st & 2nd questions?
You should give exact name for PDF-folder.
Maybe 'my desktop' is different than Yours...

Yes Total Counter Types always those five. and in base raw data counter sequence also same .

after You press [Generate PDF] and so on ..
(it makes PDFs from ALL row from 'Base Data')

PDF generated perfectly fine ,but I need one thing actually I have only raw data with me from raw data I need information in my format .

And one more thing when I Generate PDF from your file it`s very difficult to find out where it`s save in system .is there any way out for this.

1) You should copy Your data to 'Base Data'-sheet
2) select which layout You want to use (= 2nd or 3rd sheet )
3) Press [Generate PDF]-button

it`s very difficult to find out where it`s save in system .is there any way out for this.
Did You apply Your wanted PATH here?
The last mark no need to be 'path separator'.

If so, then how to be difficult?
Now, it will ask it every time! (the newest version of file)

vletm, can one small thing do on PDF file I need border line till end of the page actually right now border line show but half page only .

There are not borders around any of default PDF outputs.
You can get Your 'around border'
after You set sheet's Printing Area as You need (including Your borders).
