Combining Columns

Hi Chandoo

I would like to combine data from two columns into one column as described in the requirements on the attached sample file.

Note, I would prefer a solution that does not require Macros or VBA code.

Kindly assist.

Best regards

MN

You can use Advanced Filter
Copy the numbers from Column B to the bottom of Column A
Select A1:A25
Goto Data, Advanced Filter
Tick Copy to another location
Copy To: F1
Tick Unique records only

Thanks Hui

I used your solution and then sorted the data to rank it from lowest to highest values.

Much appreciated.

Cheers

Hello Hui,

I have tried your method but it seems to only work for 1928 rows of data. Thereafter the method you have described does not pickup any additional values.

Do you have any suggestions for me.

Best regards,

MN
