Can we change Alt-F11 Combination?

Alt-F11 opens Visual Basic page. Can we change it such as Ctrl-F11?

I want to disable Alt-F11 to someone reach to Macro settings. If I coopt another combination then I can reach to it with another short-cut that I only know, instead of Alt-F11.

Instead, protect your project code with password. To the best of my knowledge Alt+F11 combination cannot be altered.

I've protected with a password and wondered if I have a change to stop someone reach to that section and try some passwords..

You are trying to apply levels of security that Excel was never designed to have.
If you do not trust the users then you are in trouble, anyone with a basic knowledge of Excel and the internet can crack any Excel security.
You are spending a lot of time trying to reinvent some thing that was never invented.
