Auto save on the table after a click!

Hello.
I need a macro or userform to save on a table any data I write after click on "Validate"
like in this worksheet.
Thank you for advance.

Hi ,

It is not clear which table you are referring to.

There are 4 cells in the worksheet which have formulae in them ; there is cell C5 which has text in it.

Which data needs to be saved , and where ?

Thanks for the answer, I guess now I made it clear what I want in the workseet,
I want to fill the left fields and the data saved in the right table.
