auto copy data and send email when name is clicked

Hello, On the attached worksheet, i'm looking for a code to copy the row A thru E, Including the Header row 1, (Columns F-P do not need to be included). and email that information to the User listed in Q and email address in R, When I double click on the Name. This would run through the month and could include a couple hundred rows of data. Any Ideas??? Thanks for all help.
