Any other way of Visualising the data in Chart

Hi Excel Gurus,

I had made this data in Chart. But request you to kindly provide any other excellent way to show this. I had made it very simple but need a trendline of the same to visualize it in a better way by chart.

Hi Narayan,

Can you please help in making a Pie Chart or anything suitable for showing the % contribution of Dept under NPP & PPC division for Apr,May,Jun,July. I was making the same but it is looking very bad.

Hope there is a clear way to show this.
