XL UserForm: Sub Total selections?

Hi I've made an impressive non epos Sales & Profit database, in other words without a till linked to a computer!

However the UserForm, is only for 1 Transaction at a time, how to edit to choose multi items then Finish? You know like an online basket, add till you're done.

see attached file, it does use macros for the userform & navigation between tabs.
1st Tab, New Sales, click BUY.

this feature just adds an item to the SALES tab, row below last/recent used row.

UPDATE: see newer below as previous file xlsm/xlsx convert version didn't have macro, went missing/excluded during conversion between format types.
