Write text in cell base search one cell

I have estring in cell F1 => 1;4;8
In my column A i have data

after run macro, i need macro write any text (i type) in cells based value in F1 cell.

Result
A,B
1,MytestWrite
2
3
4,MytestWrite
5
6
7
8,MytestWrite
