Write Names in short with excel formula

I have some names in excel cell but I have write these name in short as I shown in my trial excel file pls guide how to write with excel formula

Something like below.
In D4:
=PROPER(LEFT(B4,FIND("@",SUBSTITUTE(B4," ","@",2))-1))&MID(B4,FIND("@",SUBSTITUTE(B4," ","@",2)),2)&MID(B4,FIND("@",SUBSTITUTE(B4," ","@",3)),2)

Copy down.

With Excel 2016, you can use:

=PROPER(TEXTJOIN(" ",,LEFT(TRIM(MID(SUBSTITUTE(B4," ",REPT(" ",99)),1+99*{0;1;2;3},99)),{99;99;1;1})))
