world-map chart via. excel 2010?

I'm looking for posts about presenting data by country via. a world map in excel 2010 without downloading anything onto work computer.

Any idea's?

It would be pretty long process without add-in, downloads or external program.

See links for some examples to use maps in Excel. Last one is the one without any VBA or add-in, just shapes (i.e. map) to work with.
