Working Out: Working Age (18yr - upwards & Old Age Pensioner (65yr - upwards years)

Hello there

I am looking for the simplest and shortest formal that will give me the” Working Age “(18yr -Upward) or “Old Age Pensioner Age” (65yrs -Upward) in Colum.

I already have a Colum which states their age to work out if there 18yr Working or over 65yr Pensioner age.

I am looking for a short simply formula, as I have been given a longwinded one.

The ages are written as numbers in Colum A, eg 24,18,56,7162 ect
