Windows Lock & Unlock Time Finder

Hi, Is it possible to track down the Windows system lock and unlock time by using VBA and i need to save that in an Excel Spread Sheet. I want to implement this for tracking my User's Break time automatically.

Have You tried to find if Windows itself collects that data?
ps. Any user could disable locking or how?
