Will not link worksheet

For some reason I lost my linking in my window to my "worksheet" and it wants to link to a sheet instead. How can I get it to link up to the correct worksheet?

Here is a pic as to want it is trying to link to. If someone can give me a step by step I would appreciate it. The type needs to be Worksheet not Excelsheet 12

Excel.Sheet.12 refers to a worksheet in Excel version 12 (I think that's 2003 version? not sure). The links in this box are supposed to be links to external workseets. Can you click on either the open source or change link button and navigate to the sheet/book you want?

The external sheet 12 does not exist to my knowledge. The worksheet I'm trying to link to is open and used to be In The window I can open source, change but it will only allow me to link that sheet 12 Can I add the other open book somehow ?
 
Sorry, the sheet12 thing just means it's a worksheet. Should read link more like, This is a worksheet in XL version 12, and then gives the filepath to the workbook and sheet. It's as if I wrote:

The first part just tells XL what it's looking at.

You mention workbook and worksheet, and they are different. Are you dealing with any external workbooks?
 
Yes Luke. They are external workbooks. Just like the one I uploaded on the other post that I will do a better job of explaining.

I have 4 external books that I link my Input Book to I was showing a consultant an older book and linked to it by accident. Now, I can't link to the book I need to. Now, I CAN reload new books and start all over but what a pain I was hoping there was a way for me to enter what book I want to link to in that box that shows the other books

I gave two books that are giving me a hissy right now
 
In that case, I might try just doing a find & replace on whole workbook. E.g., search for:
'C:\My Documents\[Other book.xls]Other Sheet'!
replace with:
'Correct Sheet Name'!
