Why UI on my power query is different from other

Hi,

My excel 2016 have power query, but its option seems very limited.
There are a lot of tools it doesn't have. Ex: In ribbon add column, i don't have Extract, or no column from example...
Attached is my screen.
Can you please advise what should i do to have all available option?

Thanks for your response. Anyway, when going on YouTube, i also see some people using office 2016, but the feature is also different from me.
Is there any different version 2016?

They all are version 2016. But other subscription types. 365 is a monthly or bi- annual channel, but you also have a one-off purchase option. Only the 365 subscriptions come with updates.
