Why pasted chart changes its orignal formatting and legends and all?

Hi Team

I am attaching a file in which we have few charts.
When I copy that chart into other workbook, and changes the range of that chart, the chart leaves its original formatting like color, pattern and legends gone also.

Why does this happen?

Please advise me some solution.
