Why isn't my macro saving?

I have an Excel file I routinely use called 'Projects.' I opened the 'Projects' workbook, then I recorded a macro called 'Format_Values.' In the Record Macro window, under 'Store macro in' I selected the Personal Macro Workbook, then I started recording. Then I clicked the Save button in the Projects workbook, then closed it out.

The next time I opened 'Projects,' I opened the macros window and I didn't see the 'Format_Values' macro. What happened to it?

I have recorded other macros in the same way and I can see those other macros when I open the 'Projects' workbook.

So why can't I see the 'Format_Values' macro? What am I doing wrong?
 
Is it possible that you did not rename it in the VB Window and it is in fact named Macro1, Macro2, etc?
