Why is my spreadsheet slow all of a sudden?

I've got a spreadsheet with 34 columns and a few rows. It has a macro embedded. This spreadsheet has never had a problem running slow, but now all of a sudden it's very very slow. How can I find out what is causing this?

As You've asked Ask an Excel Question ...
Disable macros > save file > close file > open file > do it work better?
Is there space in Your harddisk?

Yes, there is space on my hard drive.

Disabling it didn't work either. I just had to create a new file.
