Where's the layout tab in my excel?

Guys,

Im using Microsoft office professional plus 2013 and want to add a trendline to my graph. Googling showed me I could do this by using the layout tab (which should appear when I click the graph).

However when I click the graph I only get "design" and "format" under chart tools. Any thoughts on how I can make sure I also get the layout tab?

In 2013, Microsoft decided to tweak things again and make things even more "context sensitive". I don't like it, but here's a couple of blog posts describing the changes:

I don't personally have 2013 (2010 here), or I'd try to post some better screenshots.
