Where did my formula come from

Is there a way to see where a formula goes and where it come from? I have some I need to trace for example

=COUNTIF(Lnk!C:C,1)
=COUNTIF(Lnk!F2:F101,DF3)

Not sure if you have tried Trace Precedents and Trace Dependents, both can be found on the Formula Tab
