When to use .Text & When to use .Value?

Little question here about VBA that
when to use .Value & When .Text? what main difference between them? & how it impact on macro?

hope some fundamental understanding found here.

Hmmm ... I have lots to learn. My knowledge so far includes ".Text" for Textboxes ..... ".Value" for cells in the sheet.

Text property is like the cell is displayed …​

As others have demonstrated.
.Text is useful if you need to get exactly the text displayed in the cell.
Otherwise it is slowest method out of the 3.

In most cases, .Value is preferred. Or .Value2 if you are dealing with datetime value. See thread below for discussion.

In short, Means , just .Value we can get formatted value & .value 2 we can get actual without formatted value like we directly entered by keyboard in cell.

Hope my basic understand as true.
