i need a macro when sheet 1 ("Bill") is active to hide menubar & other toolbar

Will this work for you? Right click on sheet tab Bill, view code, paste these 2 macros in.

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Activate()
Dim cb As CommandBar

On Error Resume Next
With Application
.DisplayFullScreen = True
For Each cb In .CommandBars
cb.Visible = False
Next cb
End With

End Sub

Private Sub Worksheet_Deactivate()
Application.DisplayFullScreen = False
End Sub
