Hi Team,

I just wanted a simple VBA code to enter a job id one by one in search tab and press search.at the same time command box appear to ask present or Absent as screen shot given if i click to present then it just write Present against that job id and if i click to Absent then it should write Absent as well as highlight that entire row.

and then again go to next job id and repeat this procedure till all job ID finished.
