Waterfalls and Presentation

Hi,
thanks for looking, I have been asked to provide a waterfall for the EBIT bridge from the FC25/26 to Budget 26/27 (see BCF & EBIT Bridge tab).

So I have done this, but have been told that the presentation of the Waterfall I have done looks rough - how can I improve how it looks do you think?

Also I have been asked for a waterfall for revenue and VP% please, so 2 additional tabs, so 3 waterfalls in total. How would I go about these additional two waterfalls, had my confidence knocked a bit!

Hi, this is usually about presentation not the numbers. For the EBIT waterfall, clean up colours, clearly separate positives and negatives, reduce clutter, and focus on the main drivers with clear titles and labels.
For revenue, bridge from FC25 26 to Budget 26 27 using key drivers like volume, price, mix and FX. For VP percent, bridge the percentage using impacts from price, costs, mix and efficiencies, keeping it consistent with EBIT.
Try to style all three waterfalls the same so they look like a set. This feedback does not mean your work is wrong, just that it needs polishing.

Thanks for your help and input, the only thing I am left struggling with now is the VP% bridge....can you given an example using my file? Cheers
